ANHIX Annual General Meeting

The Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM.  The meeting will be held "virtually" using Microsoft Teams. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend.

The Agenda will be as follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Adoption of AGM 2024/2025 Draft Minutes
3. Reports from the Board
   • President's Report
   • Treasurer's Report
4. Election of the Board
   • Vice-President
   • Directors
   • Auditor
5. Special Resolution - Bylaw Change
   • "In Bylaw 13, it is proposed to delete the following sentence 'The Past President is a non-voting member of the Board."
6. Adjournment
